Showings will be set up through my office and you will be notified of each appointment. After the showings I will contact the Buyer’s Realtor to obtain feedback regarding the Buyer’s thoughts about your home. This is valuable information about how the Buyers believe your home is priced and the overall condition compared to other properties they have viewed.
When an offer is received I will help you to negotiate the best price and terms possible and keep the transaction moving smoothly towards the Closing Date.
